Either way, the singer, who filed for divorce from husband and Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley last month was seen on Saturday night cozying up to one of Lindsay Lohan’s famous flames, before she went loco, Wilmer Valderamma.

There was allegedly some touching, some whispering, some laughing, and some canoodling if you will. 

Of course, reps for both stars could not be reached.  Translation:  They’ll be married by Christmas.
