Former Law and Order star Angie Harmon and former New York Giants defensive back are the proud parents of another girl, Emery Hope, who was born yesterday.  Emery joins sisters Avery and Finley.  Harmon and Sehorn have been married since 2001 about a year after Sehorn proposed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
