Two days after admitting to Today show’s Matt Lauer that he was arrogant in a 2005 TV interview with the buff host, Tom Cruise planned to be anything but for wife Katie’s 30th birthday tomorrow.  Suri’s mom will be working starring in “All My Sons” on Broadway but Tom says the key to his success in wooing the former Dawson’s Creek star is knowing his lady.
