The divorce battle between Jodie Sweetin, former Full House sweetheart and her soon to be ex-husband, Cody Herpin just got a little dirtier.  Sweetin, a recovering meth addict and alcoholic, recently underwent an emergency investigation by a family court in Orange County, California after Herpin raised concerns that his former paramour was using again.  Sweetin, 26, filed for legal separation Nov. 19, seeking joint custody of their daughter Zoie.  Herpin shot back with his own filing Dec. 4, seeking sole custody.  A judge temporarily ruled today that Sweetin and Herpin will share custody for now and that Sweetin’s custody only be in the company of her parents with whom she now lives.  Your move Sweetin.
